But once I'm reminded of my status as a widower, February 21, 2023 happens all over again for me. The pain. The torment. The overwhelming sadness of having lost my favorite part of me knocks me to my knees.

I need to be His Hands and Feet. I need to show everyone there's still hope, even in the darkest of hours, the most desperate of times, the deepest of despair…

My darling Felicia was always hungry for His Wisdom, His Truth. It's this hunger that led me back to Him, and I am eternally grateful for that.

My wife was a great example of a God-Fearing, Jesus-Loving, humble person who tried to work through her own flaws to show those around her who Jesus is.
